. . . this year I am going to help the dad file his taxes and I am surveying the paper work to make sure nothing is missing . . .
. . . before I start to work on this I look to a higher power to help me through this terrible task . . . I also ask for a lot of guidance . .
. . . as you can see I have my nose to the, as some say, the grind stone and am working away on getting things done . . . there isn't much time before the deadline so I must get this finished . . .
. . . there finally done . . there is nothing else I can do. Everything is in order and just to make sure the government won't audit us I will give them the laser eyes and keep them at bay.

I help Mommy every year, but Mommy gots audited last year, so this year she gots all he papers together early and tooked them to a accountant! Me was very good at sorting out all the medical receipts!

Gracie, our mom and dad coulda used you a few weeks ago. Instead they hired some human to do their taxes! We bet you coulda done better!
How sweet of you to be such a help. First you helped your mom with housecleaning the other day. Now you help your dad with taxes. We hope this post will self-destruct before Jan reads it or she'll expect the same from us. And we're tired just reading about how hard you've worked, so we need a nap.
