Thanksgiving Part II

This was my first Thanksgiving and I must say it was a good day. The mom was busy in the kitchen proving that she still remembered how to do things out there and even turned out delicious gravey to much surprise to the dad.  The grandma was here along with close friends for fun, food, Wii games, and wine.  I got a surprise soft delicious food from a can. I used to eat this when the mom started feeding me when I picked her but she said it made me do stinkies. I am trying really hard today not to do that so she will give me more.

Now that the big day is over it was time for me to check out the adds in the newspaper. From what I am hearing I think Christmas is the next big day and there are presents involved. I am making a list and will leave it where the mom and the dad can find it.

What's this? I have just been informed that the grand daughter and her folks are coming today for Thanksgiving again. I also found out that pork loin isn't the traditional food for Thanksgiving. Today will be the real turkey day and all that goes with it. Yeah! The gramdma will be coming over too. I like her, she give me attention that I really enjoy getting.

Well I think I will get some rest while the mom is back out in the kitchen doing her magic. This is going to be another great day. I even think I will get more of that soft canned delicious kittie food!

Life is great!

Oooo, we LOVE the soft food... but we're only allowed some types because it makes us stinky too if we have the wrong kind. Maybe you should get your human to buy you lots and lots and lots of different kinds so you can find one that doesn't make you stinky! *heh heh heh* actually she should just give you TUNA!!

Check out those flyers in the paper. Maybe you can do some shopping this weekend after you recover from all the action (or at least put together your wish list to hand over to mom).

It sounds like you had a wonderful Thanksgiving. You are very smart to make a list of what you need for Christmas. We have been trying to order our own Christmas gifts online without telling mom by walking on the keyboard to place our order, but our mom keeps making us stop and get off her keyboard.

Score!!!
Gracie you've got a good thing going here with this whole two-Thanksgivings thing. Pork loin AND turkey! You've set the bar quite high. How many Christmases will you have?

Hey gracie, you look so cute there on the sofa. Bet the turkey was nice. SS gets the use of a computer at the little hotel that she is staying but she has to guess the commands in Vietnamese.

Pork, turkey, roast beef, chicken, fish - who cares what they're serving - look really and really sads and then you might get a nibble. That's what we do - we look at momma really and really sads.
